Pursuant to the Redevelopment Agencies Law,
as amended and supplemented, and, in particular, N.J.S.A. 40:55C-37,[1] it is hereby determined that the Township of Livingston
shall exercise directly any or all of the powers conferred upon redevelopment
agencies thereunder.
