A.
The Board
of Trustees of the Ruth L. Rockwood Memorial Library shall be increased
from seven to nine Trustees. The initial term of the eighth Trustee
shall end on December 31, 2008, and the initial term of the ninth
Trustee shall end on December 31, 2009. Subsequent appointments of
both the eighth and ninth Trustees shall be for five-year terms.
B.
Appointments
to the Library Board of Trustees shall be made by the Livingston Township
Mayor except for those seats which are reserved to meet statutory
requirements.
