All construction work shall be subject to the
inspection of the Township Engineer and to such inspectors as may
be appointed or designated for the purpose.

A.
Inspection fees for construction improvements (individual unit not
part of an approved subdivision consisting of two or more single-family
dwellings or Board-approved site plan).

The developer shall be required to pay to the Township for its use,
prior to the approval of construction plans or final plat plans, a
sum of money to defray the costs of such inspection, the amount of
which payment shall be computed according to the following schedule:

All outstanding charges are to be paid prior to the issuance of a
certificate of occupancy.
Any and all materials found to be unsatisfactory
or showing faults when tested by a reputable engineering laboratory
to be designated by the Township shall be removed and not used in
such construction.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided
herein, any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500
or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate
offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a
violation occurs or continues.
