As used in this chapter, the following term shall have the meaning
indicated:
Any combustible or explosive composition, or any substance
or combination of substances, or article prepared for the purpose
of producing a visible or an audible effect by combustion, explosion,
deflagration, or detonation, but shall not include sparkling devices
and novelties. Examples of fireworks includes, but is not limited
to, firecrackers, roman candles, skyrockets, or fireworks of any sort,
kind, or description.
