Registration with Police Department required
for private detectives or investigators. Any person, firm, association
or corporation licensed, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 45:19-8, et seq.,
to engage in the private detective business, or as a private detective
or investigator, who intends to conduct business within the territorial
limits of Long Beach Township shall first notify the Chief of Police
by completing a registration form prescribed by the Police Department
in Long Beach Township. There shall be no charge for the required
registration.
