The plat shall be based on Tax Map information or some other similarly accurate base at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet to enable the entire tract to be shown on one sheet, 12 inches by 18 inches, or in compliance with N.J.S.A. 46:23-9.9 et seq., and show or include the following information:
A. 
The location of that portion which is to be subdivided in relation to the entire tract.
B. 
All existing structures within the portion to be subdivided.
C. 
The name of the owner and all adjoining property owners as well as all owners directly across any street or easement, as disclosed by the most recent municipal tax records.
D. 
The Tax Map sheet, block and lot numbers and block and lot numbers of adjoining property owners, as well as those across any street or easement.
E. 
All existing or proposed streets or roads within or adjoining the subdivision, setting forth the names of the streets or roads and the right-of-way widths thereof.
F. 
Distance in feet to nearest the intersection.
G. 
Dimensions of all lots concerned, including square footage of each lot.

I. 
A title block which shall contain the name and address of the owner, the name and address of the licensed New Jersey professional engineer or land surveyor preparing the plat, the Tax Map lot and block designation of the lands to be subdivided and the date on which the plat was prepared, together with the scale used.
A. 
In case of a plat for tentative approval, the following shall also be shown:
(1) 
A key map showing the entire subdivision and its relation to surrounding areas.
(2) 
The tract name, Tax Map sheet, block and lot number, date, reference meridian, graphic scale and a certification that the applicant is the owner of the land or the authorized agent of such owner, giving the names and addresses of both.
(3) 
The acreage of the tract to be subdivided to the nearest tenth of an acre.
(4) 
Sufficient elevations to determine the general slope and natural drainage of the land and the high and low points of all proposed new streets and easements. Arrows indicating the direction of runoff shall be shown.
(5) 
The location of existing and proposed property lines, streets, buildings, watercourses, bridges, culverts and drain pipes.
(6) 
Plans, profiles and cross sections of all grading, paving, curbs, sidewalks, storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, gas mains and bridges, showing connections to existing or proposed utilities in accordance with the requirements of the Township Engineer.
B. 
The plat shall be clearly and legibly drawn and reproduced by a licensed New Jersey professional engineer or land surveyor and all elevations shown shall be in mean sea level datum. Any subdivision or part thereof which does not meet with all of the established requirements of this chapter, together with other applicable regulations, shall not be approved.
C. 
A copy of all protective covenants and deed restrictions applying to land being subdivided shall accompany the plat for tentative approval.
A. 
The final plat shall be drawn in ink on tracing cloth, at a scale of not less than one inch equals 100 feet and shall be in compliance with all of the provisions of N.J.S.A. 46:23-9.9 et seq. The final plat shall show or be accompanied by the following:
(1) 
The date, name and location of the subdivision, the name of the owner, graphic scale and reference meridian.
(2) 
The tract boundary lines, right-of-way, land to be reserved or dedicated to public use, all lot lines and other site lines, with accurate dimensions, bearings or deflection angles and radii, arcs and central angles of all curves.
(3) 
The purpose of any easement or land reserved or dedicated to public use shall be designated, and the proposed use of sites other than residential shall be noted.
(4) 
The block and lot numbers as approved by the Tax Assessor and Township Engineer, under direction of the Planning Board.
(5) 
The location of all monuments.
(6) 
The names of owners of adjoining unsubdivided land.
(7) 
Certification by an engineer or surveyor as to the accuracy of the details of the plat.
(8) 
Certification that the applicant is the agent, expressed or implied, of the owner of the land.
(9) 
When approval of a plat is required by any officer or body prior to action by the Planning Board, such approval shall be certified on the plat.
(10) 
Plans, profiles and cross sections of all grading, paving, curbs, sidewalks, storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, gas mains and bridges approved by the engineer.
B. 
All plats shall be prepared by a licensed professional engineer or land surveyor, licensed by the State of New Jersey.
