The Director of Public Works, Assistant Director of Public Works, Code Enforcement Officer, and the Construction Official and/or their designee(s) shall be the officials responsible for the enforcement of this chapter.
A. 
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty.
B. 
Any person utilizing the Township's water system, including, but not limited to, hydrants for private and/or commercial use shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, § 1-17.
