An office to be known as "Deputy Municipal Court
Clerk of the Borough of Longport" is hereby created.
The duties of the Deputy Municipal Court Clerk
of the Borough of Longport shall be such as shall be prescribed by
law and the rules governing the courts of the State of New Jersey.
The salary of the Deputy Municipal Court Clerk
of the Borough of Longport shall be prescribed by ordinance.
