All sections of the Land Subdivision Ordinance,
Zoning Ordinance,[1] Site Plan Review Ordinance[2] and Administrative Code for the Borough of Longport or
any other ordinance of the Borough of Longport which contains provisions
contrary to the provisions of this chapter and to the extent of any
such inconsistency shall be and are hereby repealed.
All applications for development filed prior to the effective date of this chapter may be continued, but any appeals arising out of decisions made on any such applications shall be governed by the provisions of Article IV of this chapter.
