The Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Longport establish a developer's
escrow and security fund account or accounts at National Community Bank of
New Jersey for the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough
of Longport for the purposes aforesaid.
Checks may from time to time be drawn on said account or accounts in
the same manner as in the case of other general accounts of the Borough of
Longport.
