§ 31-20 Construction Code Department licenses and permits.

The municipal officer in charge of the Construction Code Department is hereby designated the administrative officer responsible for the acceptance of applications for licenses and permits and the issuance of licenses and permits pertaining to the Construction Code Department, including mercantile licenses.

§ 31-21 Water Utility Department licenses and permits.

The municipal officer in charge of the Water Utility Department is hereby designated the administrative officer responsible for the acceptance of licenses and permits and the issuance of licenses and permits pertaining to the Water Utility Department.

§ 31-22 Other departments.

Not by limitation of the foregoing, the municipal officer in charge of any other department is hereby designated the administrative officer for the acceptance of licenses and permits and the issuance of licenses and permits pertaining to that municipal officer's department if that department has regulatory and/or enforcement authority with respect to all such licenses and permits.
