Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 35, Personnel
Regulations, which consisted of the following: Art. I, Vacations and Sick
Leave, adopted 12-20-1973; Art. II, Longevity Pay, adopted 12-18-1974; and
Art. III, Salaries of Military Personnel, adopted 5-14-2003 by Ord. No. 2003-10.
The terms and conditions of employment for Borough employees shall be
as set forth in the Borough of Longport Personnel Handbook as amended from
time to time, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth at
this place at length.
