No article and/or services shall be contracted for or purchased by any
department, board, agency, office or employee of the Borough of Longport except
in accordance with the established procedures set forth in the Manual of Purchasing
Procedures and its revisions.
The Manual of Purchasing Procedures and its revisions may be reviewed
in the Office of the Director of Revenue and Finance or the Borough Clerk.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed. Without limitation of the generality of the foregoing,
the following are hereby specifically repealed: Code of the Borough of Longport,
Chapter 7, Claims Approval; and Resolution No. 92-35.
