No person shall throw, pile, place or deposit any snow or ice upon any public road or sidewalk.
It is the intent and purpose of this Part 1 to prohibit anyone from throwing, placing or depositing snow and ice which accumulates on private property or on the sidewalks within the Township of Lopatcong.

Any violation of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof. Each and every day during which said violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
