In approving the site plan, the Consolidated Land Use Board of Mansfield Township shall require that the applicant furnish a performance, maintenance, and related bonds in accordance with the requirements of this Code at § 27-24.1 et seq.

Editor’s Note: Section 4 of this ordinance addressed applicability to existing projects as follows: “The modifications in this ordinance shall be applicable to all projects that have not received final approvals from the Township Planning Board or the Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or which have not posted bonds and begun construction of required improvements as of January 16, 2018, the date of enactment of P.L. 2017, c. 312 [which] obviated the Township’s previously lawful ordinances.”

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days or to a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or to such combination of punishments as the Municipal Judge may, in his or her discretion, deem appropriate and just, and each violation of any of the provisions of this chapter and each day the same is violated shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.
If for any reason any section or part of any section of this chapter shall be declared unconstitutional or illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the terms of this chapter are hereby repealed insofar as inconsistency exists.
This chapter shall take effect immediately after final passage and approval as provided by law.
