It shall not be lawful for persons owning horses, cattle, poultry, sheep, swine, goats, or other farm animals, to allow them to run at large on the highways or public property or private property of others without the permission of the Township of Mansfield.
Any person or persons violating this chapter shall be punished by fine or by imprisonment, or both, in accordance with the ordinance prescribing penalties for the violation of any ordinance of this Township.
This chapter shall take effect on the third day of November 1902.
