Legalized games of chance, as provided by N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq., known as the "Bingo Licensing Law," and, in particular, N.J.S.A. 5:8-31 of said law, may be conducted on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."
Legalized games of chance, as provided by N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq., known as the "Raffles Licensing Law," and, in particular, N.J.S.A. 5:8-58 of said law, may be conducted on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."

The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized to issue raffle/bingo licenses to an applicant, in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq., commonly known as the "Raffles Licensing Law" and N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq., commonly known as the "Bingo Licensing Law."
