Borough of Maywood, NJ Article IV Municipal Treasurer

§ 46-10 Continuation of position.

The position of Municipal Treasurer, as heretofore established, in hereby continued.

§ 46-11 Tenure.

The Municipal Treasurer shall achieve tenure in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-152.

§ 46-12 Removal.

The Municipal Treasurer shall not be removed from office except as provided in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-152.1.
