Borough of Maywood, NJ Article XI Electrical Inspector

§ 46-37 Creation.

There is hereby created the position of Electrical Inspector.

§ 46-38 Salary and compensation.

The salary for the position of Electrical Inspector shall be as set forth in the current Salary Ordinance.[1]

§ 46-39 Powers and duties.

The duties of the Electrical Inspector shall include assisting the Borough Electrical Subcode Official in the performance of his duties, performing the duties of the Electrical Subcode Official during such times and for such periods as the Electrical Subcode Official shall be absent and such other duties as shall be prescribed from time to time by the Electrical Subcode Official or by the Mayor and Council.
