Borough of Middlesex, NJ Article IV Repair of Sidewalks

§ 359-22 Costs.

All property owners in the Borough of Middlesex shall be responsible for all costs involved in connection with repair of sidewalks and curbs which may border their properties.

§ 359-23 Responsibility of homeowners.

Any repairs to curbs and sidewalks throughout the Borough shall be the responsibility of the homeowner wherein the curbs and sidewalks are located and not of the Borough.
