A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, place, maintain or continue, or cause to be placed, maintained or continued, any debris or obstruction of any kind upon any part of the public streets, sidewalks, shared use paths, curbs and gutters, of the Township of Moorestown for any length of time whatsoever, unless as may be specifically permitted in accordance with this Code or other municipal ordinance. Notwithstanding the above, any tables, chairs, planters, and sidewalk signs that are non-permanent and normal and customary to commercial use are permitted. Any outdoor dining improvements shall be governed by the administrative process under § 180-99.6 of this Code.
B. 
It shall be and it is hereby made unlawful to and all persons are hereby prohibited from riding any bicycle, tricycle or other similar vehicle in, on or over any of the sidewalks of the improved highways, streets or avenues in the Township of Moorestown, in the County of Burlington and State of New Jersey; provided, however, that this article shall not apply to children under 12 years of age.
A. 
In the event that any person shall fail to remove such debris of obstruction as hereinbefore required, the Director of Public Works shall examine such condition and, if the same is found to exist, shall deliver written notification to the owner of the abutting real estate that the debris or obstruction shall be removed within seven calendar days. The Township, at the discretion of the Director of Public Works, may grant a brief extension if the owner can demonstrate arrangements have been made for the work to be completed after the seven-day period. In the event the owner fails to remove such debris of obstruction within the seven-day period, or any extended period as permitted by the Director, the Township may perform such work as is necessary to remove such debris of obstruction. In this event, the owner shall be responsible to pay for the cost of the work performed and cause such cost to be charged against, and the amount shall thereupon become a lien and tax upon such real estate and shall be added to and be part of the taxes next to be levied and assessed thereon, and the same shall be enforced and collected, with interest, by the same officers and in the same manner as other taxes.
B. 
Each and every person or persons violating this § 155-1B or any section hereof shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding the sum of $50 for each and every offense, to be imposed in the discretion of the Judge hearing the matter.
