The provisions of this article imposing a time
limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe
other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A.
39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§
168-64), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§
168-65), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XVI (§
168-66) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§
168-67) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§
168-68) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVIII of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No homeowner, contractor, business, vehicle operator or any
other person or entity shall cause a roll-off container, dumpster
or portable storage unit, commonly used to secure, house or store
trash, debris, goods, merchandise or personal property, to be placed
upon or along any public street, roadway or highway in the Township
of Moorestown for any amount of time.
A. Payment and recovery of roll-off containers, dumpsters and portable
storage units. Any homeowner, contractor, business, vehicle operator
or any other person or entity which shall cause a roll-off container,
dumpster or portable storage unit to stand in violation of this chapter
shall pay all costs associated with the removal and storage of the
roll-off container, dumpster or portable storage unit. Any such fees
shall be payable prior to release of the roll-off container, dumpster
or portable storage unit.
B. Enforcement. Any roll-off container, dumpster or portable storage
unit standing in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance
to the safe and proper regulation and movement of traffic; and any
police officer may provide for the immediate removal of such roll-off
container, dumpster or portable storage unit.
C. Penalties. The fine for violation of this section shall be no less
than $100 plus court costs.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stop or stand any motor vehicle other than a bus in any location described as a bus stop. The locations described in Schedule XXII (§
168-72), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.

A. Definitions. As used in this section, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BOAT
A watercraft propelled by oars, paddles, sail or power.
CAMPER TRAILER
A vehicle without motive power designed as a portable dwelling
structure for recreational purposes. This includes a travel trailer,
so identified by the manufacturer, and a folding tent trailer.
TRAILER
A vehicle without motive power designed for carrying persons
or property on its own and to be drawn by a vehicle with motive power.
The term "trailer" shall include but not be limited to horse trailers,
boat trailers and skimobile trailers.
B. Parking prohibited. No person, firm or corporation
shall park a boat, camper trailer or trailer upon any road, street
or highway within the Township of Moorestown.

A. Definitions. As used in this section, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
NONMETERED PARKING SPACE
Any space within a permitted parking zone which is not adjacent
to a parking meter and which is duly designated for the parking of
a single vehicle by lines painted or otherwise durably marked on the
curb or on the surface of the street adjoining the curb of a public
street.
B. Designation of parking spaces. The Department of Public
Works is hereby directed and authorized to provide for the marking
off of individual parking spaces in the nonmetered parking zones along
Main Street, High Street, Church Street, East Second Street and Chester
Avenue; said parking spaces to be designated by lines painted or marked
on the curbing or surface of the street. At each space so marked off,
it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in any area, except in the
designated parking space. It shall be unlawful and a violation of
this provision to park any vehicle across any line or marking of a
parking space or in such a manner that the vehicle shall not be entirely
within the area designated by such lines or markings
C. Violations. The fine for violation of this section
shall be $25 plus court costs.
