A.
The Planning Board may require the installation or
construction of necessary on-site and/or off-tract improvements. In
the event that site improvements are required, the procedures, standards,
inspection fees, performance guaranties and maintenance guaranties
shall be governed by Part 3.
The applicant shall be entitled to all the rights
set forth in the Municipal Land Use Law.[1]
