The following activities are specifically exempt from this Part 6:
A. 
Minor subdivisions.
B. 
Site plans for development where the land will not be disturbed.
C. 
Agricultural use of lands when operated in accordance with a farm conservation plan approved by the local Soil Conservation District or when it is determined by the local Soil Conservation District that such use will not cause excessive erosion and sedimentation.
A. 
In the event of a failure to comply with any condition or regulation or provision of any approved plan, the Construction Official of the Township of Morris or the Township Engineer of the Township of Morris, either on his own initiative or upon recommendation of the Planning Board of the Township of Morris, shall revoke any construction permit or permits or certificate or certificates of occupancy, as the case may be, issue such stop order or orders, as the case may be, and seek to enjoin any such failure or violation through a court of competent jurisdiction, or take such other steps as may be authorized and permitted by law to correct such violation or enforce implementation of such approved plan.
B. 
Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any of the provisions of this Part 6 or any standard promulgated pursuant to the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Act of New Jersey (N.J.S.A. 4:24-39 et seq.) or fails to comply with the provisions of a certified plan shall be subject to the penalties set forth in N.J.S.A. 4:24-53.
This Part 6 shall take effect following final municipal adoption and publication as provided for by law and upon subsequent and final approval by the State Soil Conservation Committee.
