[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Morris as indicated in article histories. Amendments noted where applicable.]
[Adopted 6-24-1965 by Ord. No. 20-65 (Ch. 12, Art. I, of the 1969 Code)]
The joint library agreement between the Town of Morristown and the Township of Morris, bearing date May 21, 1965, which is incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved by the Township Committee of the Township of Morris, the governing body of said Township, pursuant to Chapter 155 of the Laws of 1959.[1]

The Clerk of the Township of Morris shall keep on file for public inspection in his office from the time of introduction of this article a copy of the aforementioned joint library agreement.
The Clerk of the Township of Morris shall file a copy of this article and of the joint library agreement with the Commissioner of the Department of Education and the Director of the Division of Local Government of the State of New Jersey and shall also file with said Commissioner and said Director any amendments or supplements to this article or the joint library agreement.

The amendment to the joint library agreement between the Town of Morristown and the Township of Morris, said amendment bearing the date of February 1, 1966, said amendment being incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved by the Township Committee of the Township of Morris, the governing body of said Township, pursuant to Chapter 155 of the Laws of 1959.
The Clerk of the Township of Morris shall keep on file for public inspection in his office from the time of introduction of this article a copy of the aforementioned amendment.
The Clerk of the Township of Morris shall file a copy of this article and of the aforesaid amendment with the Commissioner of the Department of Education and the Director of the Division of Local Government of the State of New Jersey.
