The locations described in Schedule X, § 148-39, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XI, § 148-40, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XII, § 148-41, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.

A.
Speed
humps are permitted to be installed on private streets in residential
zones only after minor site plan approval is granted by the Mount
Laurel Township Planning Board and construction permits are issued
by the Township Construction Office.
B.
For
purposes of this section, an applicant for minor site plan approval
for the installation of a speed hump must be the entity that owns
the private street.
