In order to comply with this article, masonry contractors, construction companies and their employees should use any reasonable means (e.g., tarps) of collecting debris from their sites so that the debris may be taken from the site and properly disposed. All contractors, construction companies and their employees are prohibited from washing any debris, including but not limited to plaster, brick or concrete into the Borough's streets or sewers.
Anyone found in violation of this article shall be fined, upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, not more than $1,000 for each and every offense, plus costs of prosecution, or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days.
