It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person to possess or carry upon any highway, street or alley in the Borough of Bridgeport any BB gun, air gun, air pistol, spring gun or pneumatic instrument of any kind which propels any kind of a pellet.
It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person to fire and discharge or cause to be fired or discharged in the Borough of Bridgeport any BB gun, air gun, air pistol, spring gun or pneumatic instrument of any kind propelling any kind of a pellet.
It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person, persons, firms or corporations to store, sell, offer or expose for sale or have in their possession with intent to sell any BB guns, air guns, air pistols, spring guns or pneumatic instruments of any kind for the purpose of propelling any kind of pellets.

Any person convicted in a summary conviction before the Magisterial District Judge on a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty of having said BB gun, air gun, air pistol, spring gun or pneumatic instrument of any kind propelling any kind of a pellet seized, removed and destroyed, and in the event such a judgment is rendered, the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to seize, remove and destroy any such BB gun, air gun, air pistol, spring gun or pneumatic instrument of any kind for the purpose of propelling any kind of pellet, which shall be held, possessed or used in violation of this chapter.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter before any Magisterial District Judge shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for such separate offense.
