The Samuel H. Jones Park shall close each evening
at 11:00 p.m. and shall open each morning at 5:00 a.m.

A.
Except for the public bike and pedestrian trail, it
shall be a violation of this article to be on any of the Lake property
after such property is closed and before it reopens. Maintenance personnel
employed by the Village are specifically exempted while in the performance
of their official duties.
B.
The highest ranking police officer on duty may extend
the closing hours until 12:00 a.m. for special supervised events at
any of the Williamsville public parks or the Lake properties.

Each individual found in violation of this article
will be subject to a fine of not less than $75 and no more than $750
for each violation.
