Village of Williamsville, IL Article III Horses on Bike Trail

§ 218-16 Prohibited animals.

No person shall allow a horse, mule or pony on the Village of Williamsville, Illinois, bike trail, a/k/a "bike path."

§ 218-17 Horseback riding and horse-drawn vehicles prohibited.

Horseback riding and the operation of a horse-drawn vehicle is prohibited on said bike trail.

§ 218-18 Penalties. [1]

Any person found guilty of violating a section of this article shall be fined an amount not less than $50 and not to exceed $750.
