It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to connect any drain carrying any sink, toilet, septic tank, or cesspool discharge or waste or any drain carrying any industrial waste product to a stormwater drainage sewer in the Village of Williamsville.
Any violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $750, and each day that such offense continues shall be construed to be a separate offense.

The fee for connecting a sanitary dump station to the Village of Williamsville's sewer system shall be as set forth in Chapter 155, Fees.

The materials allowed to be disposed of in a sanitary dump station shall be limited to human waste and the chemicals normally associated with the operation of recreational vehicle holding tank. Disposal of any other materials in said sanitary dump station shall be a violation of this article.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be fined not less than $750 for each offense, and every day that such violation is continued shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition thereto, the Village President has the authority to authorize the immediate disconnection of a sanitary dump station from the Village sewer system if the Village President has determined that there are reasonable grounds to believe that the operation of the sanitary dump station has violated any provision of this article. The sanitary dump station owner shall have five days from the date of disconnection to file a written request with the Village Clerk, requesting a hearing to contest whether the operation of the sanitary dump station did violate any provision of this article.
