No person shall consume any alcoholic liquor on any public highway in the Village of New Haven.

No person shall consume any alcoholic liquor in any public park, parking lot or other public place in the Village of New Haven except in such places as are licensed to sell alcoholic liquors for consumption on the premises.

In addition to other penalties, any person who violates the provisions of this article shall be subject to municipal civil infraction enforcement, as set forth in Chapter 59, Municipal Civil Infractions, of the Code of the Village of New Haven.
