No person shall discharge any firearms within
the Village limits of New Haven.
No person shall hunt or carry any loaded firearm
within the Village limits of New Haven, except police officers or
other duly licensed persons.
No person shall discharge any air gun within
the Village of New Haven, except on an indoor target range; provided,
however, that this section shall not apply to air guns using only
BB shot when used on premises with the consent of the owner or occupant
of such premises.
No owner or occupant of premises within the
Village shall permit the use of any air gun using BB shot upon his
premises unless such use is under the immediate supervision of some
person not less than 17 years of age.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 59, Municipal Civil Infractions, of the Code of the Village of New Haven.
