Any person, persons, firm, partnership, association or corporation or anyone acting in behalf of said person, persons, firm, partnership, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject the penalties set forth in Chapter 59, Municipal Civil Infractions, of the Code of the Village of New Haven. Each day that a violation of this chapter is continued or permitted to exist without compliance shall constitute a separate offense.
