The BOCA Basic Housing-Property Maintenance Code edition dated 1975 is hereby adopted by reference, including all references therein printed, and those documents, together with the provisions of this chapter, shall be known as the “Housing and Property Maintenance Code of the Village of New Haven.”
References in the BOCA Basic Housing-Property Maintenance Code to “municipality” shall mean the Village of New Haven.

Subsection H-104.4, Penalty for violations, of Section H-104.0, Violations, is hereby amended to read as follows:
H-104.4 Penalty for violations: Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any provision of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 59, Municipal Civil Infractions, of the Code of the Village of New Haven. Every day that a violation continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
Notice is hereby given that a copy of the BOCA Basic Housing-Property Maintenance Code, 1975 Edition, as referred to in § 304-1 of this chapter, is available for public use and inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Village of New Haven.
