Any person found to be violating any of the provisions of this chapter or federal or state pretreatment requirements, except Article V, shall be served by the Town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine of not
less than $10 nor more than $250 for each violation. In addition,
each violation of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct,
and each person violating the same shall be a disorderly person. Each
day that a violation of or a failure to comply with any provision
of this chapter or any regulation promulgated hereunder by the Town
Board occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall become liable to the Town for any expense, loss
or damage occasioned the Town by reason of such violation.
