A. 
The parking of motor vehicles or other vehicles is hereby prohibited on all Town highways and county roads within the Town of Aurora outside the Village of East Aurora between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from October 15 to April 15, inclusive, every year.
B. 
In the event that motor or other vehicles are stalled or abandoned upon the Town or county highways, the Police Department may have the motor or other vehicles removed to the police impound, at the expense of the owner.
C. 
The Town Superintendent of Highways is hereby authorized to post certain Town highways to prohibit parking thereon at such hours and times as he or she shall deem necessary after the approval of the Town Board.
D. 
Every person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be punished as follows:

(1) 
For a first conviction, by a fine of not more than $150 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both;
(2) 
For conviction of a second violation, both of which were committed within a period of 18 months, by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 45 days, or both;
(3) 
For conviction of a third or subsequent violation, all of which were committed within a period of 18 months, by a fine of not more than $450 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
