There shall be a 5-member Park and Recreation
Commission elected on a rotating basis of 1 or 2 members each year
for 3-year terms. The Commission shall have jurisdiction over all
park lands and public recreation programs within the Town and shall
have powers and duties which shall include, but shall not be limited
to, those specified in M.G.L. ch. 45, §§ 2, 5.
