All matters concerning the construction, reconstruction,
alteration, repair, demolition and maintenance, removal, inspection,
issuance and revocation of permits or licenses, installation of equipment,
classification and definition of any existing or proposed building
or structure and use or occupancy of all buildings or structures shall
be carried out in accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
State Building Code as presently approved and as amended from time
to time and thereafter approved by the Board of Building Regulations
and Standards.
The Building Code of the City of Fitchburg is
not carried in this volume but may be found on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
