When liquids are dispensed from a container, glass bottle, plastic bottle,
carton or jar, such container shall immediately be hand-capped or closed by
a self-closing device.
This chapter includes but is not limited to containers dispensing the
following: alcoholic beverages, dairy products (milk and cream), syrups, jellies,
condiments and juices.
