A.
No person shall, in a street or other public place, accost or address another person with profane or obscene language or behave in a disorderly manner. No person shall, in a street or sidewalk, unreasonable obstruct the free passage of foot travelers.
B.
Whoever violates any of the provisions of this By-Law shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50 for each offense.
