There shall be a quorum for Annual and Special Town Meetings, said quorum
to be 75 registered voters or 5% of the registered voters in Town, whichever
is less.

When a 4/5 or 9/10 vote of Town Meeting is required by statute, the
count shall be taken and the vote shall be recorded in the record by the Clerk.
If a 2/3 vote of Town Meeting is required by statute, the count and
record of the vote need not be taken, nor the vote recorded, when the Moderator
so determines that a 2/3 vote has been achieved by a voice vote.
