In addition to those town agencies and officers created by the town
bylaws, a Council on Aging for the Town of Southwick is hereby created pursuant
to MGL C. 40, § 8B, for the purpose of coordinating or carrying
out programs designed to meet the problems of the aging in coordination with
programs of the Massachusetts Department of Elder Affairs.
The Council on Aging shall have such composition, terms and duties,
not inconsistent with law, as the Board of Selectmen shall determine.
