The First or Fork Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning in the unincorporated Town of Reliance at the intersection of the center line of Maryland Route 392, the Hurlock to Seaford Road and the Maryland-Delaware state line; thence running southerly with the center line of the Galestown-Reliance Road and the state line to the center of the Nanticoke River, which is the dividing line of Dorchester and Wicomico Counties; thence running southwesterly down the center of the Nanticoke River and with the Wicomico County line to the center of the Marshyhope Creek; thence running westerly up the center of the Marshyhope Creek to a point opposite the center of Walnut Landing Road; thence running westerly with the center line of Walnut Landing Road, to Indiantown Road, then on westerly and southwesterly following the center line of Chicone Bridge Road to the intersection of Chicone Creek; thence running northerly up Chicone Creek to a point where the creek branches just north of Kelly Road; thence running with the northwest branch of Chicone Creek northwesterly to Maryland Route 331, the Rhodesdale to Vienna Road; thence running with the center line of Maryland Route 331 to the intersection of Maryland Route 14, the East New Market to Brookview Road, at Rhodesdale; thence running easterly with the center line of Maryland Route 14 to the Rhodesdale-Harrison Ferry Road; thence running northerly with the road to the intersection of Mill Creek; thence running northeasterly down Mill Creek to the center of the Marshyhope Creek; thence northerly up the center of the Marshyhope Creek till it intersects the Caroline County line: thence following the Caroline County line, northeasterly, easterly, and southeasterly, to Finchville and the place of beginning.

The Second or East New Market Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning in the center of the Choptank River on the Talbot County line, and opposite the mouth of Cabin Creek; thence running easterly up the center of Cabin Creek, till it intersects Lords Crossing Road at a point approximately 500 feet south of the Hurlock-Cabin Creek Road: thence running southeasterly with the center line of Lords Crossing Road to Maryland Route 392, the East New Market to Hurlock Road; thence on southeasterly across Maryland Route 392, and with the center line of Shiloh Camp Road to Maryland Route 14, the East New Market to Rhodesdale Road; thence running easterly with the center line of Maryland Route 14 to a point opposite the southeast corner of the Anna P. Corkran Farm, approximately 1,000 feet west of the Rhodesdale-Harrison Ferry Road; thence running southerly at right angles to Maryland Route 14 to intersect Lecompte Road, at the point where Lecompte Road turns from running northeasterly to southeasterly; thence running southwesterly with the center line of Lecompte Road, and on in a straight line, to intersect Centennial Road at a point approximately 1,000 feet west of Kraft Road; thence running northwesterly with the center line of Centennial Road, 1.33 miles to a point; thence running south 70 degrees west 900 feet, south 18 degrees west 1,700 feet, south 30 degrees east 800 feet to intersect Johnson Road; thence on southerly with the center line of Johnson Road to the intersection of Payne Mill Road; thence running westerly with the center line of Payne Mill Road to Hawkeye; thence on northwesterly with the center line of Red Hill Road to Hicksburg Road; thence running southerly with the center line of Hicksburg Road approximately 2,200 feet to Springdale Road (formerly known as Hollerman County Road); thence northwesterly with Springdale Road crossing Maryland Route 16 and on in a straight line northwesterly to intersect Indian Creek; thence running northeasterly, and northwesterly down the center of Indian Creek to its mouth, and on northwesterly to the center of the Choptank River and the Talbot County line; thence running northerly with the center of the Choptank River and the Talbot County line to the place of beginning.

The Sixth or Hoopers Island Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning in the Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of Punch Island Creek; thence running easterly up the center of the Punch Island Creek, southerly with the center of Dunnock Island Creek, easterly down the center of Great Marsh Creek to the head of Honga River; thence running southerly with the center of Honga River, so as to include Lower Hooper Island to the mouth of the Honga River and the Chesapeake Bay; thence running northerly with the Chesapeake Bay so as to include Barren Island to the place of beginning.

The Seventh or Cambridge Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning in the center of the Choptank River, on the Talbot County line at the extension of the center line of Tates Bank Road; thence running southerly with the extension and the center line of Tates Bank Road to the center of Old Route 50; thence running westerly with the center line of Old Route 50 to the center line of Bucktown Road; thence running southeasterly with the center line of Bucktown Road to a point 500 feet south of the south property line of the Animal Welfare Society of Dorchester County; thence running in a straight line south 49 degrees west to Lot Lane Road; thence running with the center line of Lot Lane Road 4 courses and distances north 82 degrees west 1,100 feet, north 40 degrees west 6,400 feet, north 25 degrees west 900 feet, north 74 degrees west 2,800 feet to Maple Dam Road; thence running northerly with the center line of Maple Dam Road to the east fork of the Little Blackwater River; thence running westerly down the east fork to the place where the Little Blackwater River branches; thence running north 61 degrees west in a straight line crossing Egypt Road and Maryland Route 16, Church Creek Road, to intersect the southeast branch of Fishing Creek, at a point 900 feet south of Pig Neck Road; thence running westerly down the center of southeast branch and on down the center of Fishing Creek to its mouth in the center of the Little Choptank River; thence running northeasterly up the center of the Little Choptank River to the mouth of Gary Creek; thence running northerly up the center of Gary Creek, to intersect Maryland Route 343, Hills Point Road; thence by a straight line northerly to the head of Lecompte Creek; thence running northeasterly down the center of Lecompte Creek and on through Lecompte Bay to the center of the Choptank River and the Talbot County Line; thence running easterly up the center of the Choptank River with the Talbot County line to the place of beginning.

The Eighth or Neck Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning in the Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Choptank River, on the Talbot County line; thence running easterly up the center of the Choptank River, with the Talbot County line, to a point opposite the mouth of Lecompte Bay; thence running southwesterly through Lecompte Bay and on up the center of Lecompte Creek to the head of Lecompte Creek; thence running by a straight line southerly to Maryland Route 343 at the head of Gary Creek; thence southerly down the center of Gary Creek to the Little Choptank River: thence running southwesterly and westerly down the center of the Little Choptank River to the Chesapeake Bay north of James Island: thence northerly with the Chesapeake Bay to the place of beginning.

The Ninth or Church Creek Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning at the intersection of the center of Fishing Creek and Church Creek; thence running easterly up the center of Fishing Creek to the southeast branch: thence on easterly up the southeast branch to a point 900 feet south of Pig Neck Road: thence running south 61 degrees east by a straight line to intersect the Little Blackwater River at a point where the river branches; thence running southerly down the center of the Little Blackwater River to the Blackwater River; thence running westerly up the center of the Blackwater River to a point; thence running north 35 degrees east 450 feet, due north 600 feet, north 10 degrees east 3,450 feet, north 35 degrees east 1,200 feet, north 43 degrees east 1,450 feet, south 75 degrees east 550 feet to Harrisville Road; thence running northerly with the center line of Harrisville Road to intersect Maryland Route 16, the Cambridge-Taylor Island Road, at Woolford; thence running westerly approximately 1,000 feet with the center line of Maryland Route 16 till it intersects a branch running into Church Creek; thence running northeasterly down the center of the branch to Church Creek; thence running northerly down the center of Church Creek to the place of beginning.

The Tenth or Straits Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning at Harts Bridge at the intersection of Wesley Road and Farm Creek; thence running easterly down the center of Farm Creek to its mouth and the center of Fishing Bay; thence running southerly with the center of Fishing Bay to intersect the Somerset County line in Tangier Sound; thence running with the Somerset County line through Tangier Sound and Holland Straits southwesterly to the Chesapeake Bay; thence running northerly with the Chesapeake Bay, so as to include all islands up to Lower Hooper Island, to the mouth of the Honga River; thence northeasterly and northwesterly up the center of the Honga River to the mouth of Fox Creek; thence running northeasterly and northwesterly up the center of Fox Creek to the mouth of Insley Cove; thence running northeasterly up Insley Cove and Insley Creek to a point; thence running northeasterly at right angles to Wingate Bishops Head Road, to intersect the road at a point 500 feet southeast of Wesley Road; thence running northwesterly with the center line of Wingate Bishops Head Road 500 feet to Wesley Road; thence running northeasterly with the center line of Wesley Road to Farm Creek at Harts Bridge and the place of beginning.

The Eleventh or Drawbridge Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning at the intersection of Steeles Neck Road and Kraft Neck Road; thence running easterly with the center line of Kraft Neck Road to Hollands Crossroads and on southeasterly with the center line of Kraft Neck Road to its end; thence running east to the center of the Nanticoke River, and the Wicomico County Line; thence running southerly down the center of the Nanticoke River, with the Wicomico County line to a point; thence running north 30 degrees west to the intersection of Pokata Creek and the Elliott Island Road; thence running northwesterly down the center of Pokata Creek to Island Creek; thence running westerly down the center of Island Creek to its mouth and the center of Fishing Bay; thence running northerly up the center of Fishing Bay to the mouth of the Transquaking River; thence running northerly up the center of the Transquaking River to the Chicamacomico River; thence running easterly and northeasterly up the center of the Chicamacomico River to a point; thence running southeasterly at right angles to Steeles Neck Road to intersect the road at a point 2,000 feet southwest of Kraft Neck Road; thence running northeasterly with the center line of Steeles Neck Road 2,000 feet to Kraft Neck Road and the place of beginning.

The Twelfth or Williamsburg Election District is created and the boundaries shall be: beginning at the intersection of Maryland Route 318, the Preston To Federalsburg Road, and the first county road running southerly therefrom east of Maryland Route 331, the Preston To Hurlock Road, on the Caroline County line; thence running easterly with the Caroline County line and Maryland Route 318 to a point; thence running southerly still with the Caroline County line to Clarks Canning House Road; thence running easterly with Clarks Canning House Road and the Caroline County line to intersect the Marshyhope Creek; thence running southerly down the center of the Marshyhope Creek to the first stream north of Maryland Route 392, the Hurlock To Reliance Road, at Harrison Ferry, formerly known as "Benjamin Conways Mill Creek"; thence running westerly up the stream to Gravel Branch Road; thence running northwesterly with the center line of Gravel Branch Road to the intersection of Ellwood Camp Road; thence running easterly with the center line of Ellwood Camp Road to the first county road east of the railroad; thence running northerly with the center line of the county road to the place of beginning.
