It is hereby created in the Borough of Pennington
a Commission to be known and designated as the "Recreation Commission
of Pennington."

The Recreation Commission shall be composed
of eight commissioners to be appointed by the Mayor with the advise
and consent of the Borough Council.
The members of the Recreation Commission shall
be appointed for three-year terms. Members of the present Recreation
Commission authorized by Ordinance No. 237, adopted August 4, 1969,
shall continue to serve their present terms. The two additional members
as authorized by this article shall serve for unequal terms initially
with one member appointed for two years and one member appointed for
a full three-year term.
The Recreation Commissioners shall have no salary.

The Recreation Commission shall have all the
powers vested in it as may be prescribed by N.J.S.A. 40:61-17 et seq.
