A.
Parking is hereby prohibited in the Academy Court
Condominium Development in driveways, driving aisles or any space
other than the designated parking spaces as indicated on the paving.
B.
A vehicle parked in violation of the foregoing section
may be removed at the owner’s expense.
C.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute,
every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article
or any supplement thereto shall be liable for a penalty of not more
than $200 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
