Whenever there may be a conflict between the
standards specified in this chapter and those of other codes, ordinances,
local laws, or regulations of the Village of Cazenovia, the most restrictive
or highest standard shall apply.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as "Land Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Cazenovia."
