Such lands as are indicated upon the District
Use Map as being municipally owned lands are presently owned by the
Village of Cedarhurst and other municipalities.
Such municipally owned lands and any other lands
within the Village of Cedarhurst hereafter owned by the Village or
any other municipality shall be occupied and used only for municipal
and public purposes such as parking areas, recreation grounds, public
buildings, roadway plaza areas and such other uses as may be duly
authorized by law; except however, that no such lands owned by municipalities
other than the Village of Cedarhurst may be occupied or used for any
purpose whatsoever without the written and duly authorized consent
of the Village of Cedarhurst.
