These regulations shall be administered by the Planning Board.
A. 
Whenever a subdivision of a parcel of land is proposed along an existing public street not involving the opening, widening or extension of any street, highway or other way, and involving fewer than five lots, the subdivision may be submitted to the Planning Board for approval without a plat. If the Planning Board approves the subdivision as not contrary to applicable platting, subdividing or zoning regulations, the Chairman of the Planning Board shall, within 30 days after submission, sign such subdivision.

B. 
A drawing based on an accurate survey showing location of property lines and giving such other information as may be necessary, including certification of a licensed surveyor, may be required.

A. 
Fees as set forth in the fee schedule established by resolution of the Board of Trustees shall accompany each application.
B. 
The fee for recording the final plat in the County Clerk's office by the subdivider is not included in the above schedule.
