The Town Board hereby establishes the office of Town Attorney for the
Town of Sweden and shall fix the salary for such office from time to time
pursuant to § 20, Subdivision 2(a), of the Town Law.
Such officer shall be appointed by the Town Board and shall act as attorney
for the Town Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and for all of
the Town officials in their official capacity and in whatever other instances
are deemed proper.
